In a very, very distant past, in the wake of Perestroika I was doing Herbalife. Perhaps, many will recall these powder kits cost about 100 dollars, guaranteeing weight loss. Here and now I’m not going to thoroughly deal with this method. Only a passing mention that Herbalife is not so bad if it is properly applied.
The same is true for all supplement users who were divorced in recent times innumerable. As stated in one of Murphy’s laws – if something does not work, read, finally, instructions. And it turns out that additives, including Herbalife, is not a panacea and is not a magic powder. It’s only addition to the changes in a healthy way of life. I will later return to bio-additives.
